Senior status law student at Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford
Spencer Cohen is a senior status law student at the University of Oxford. He holds a Master's degree in Regulation from the London School of Economics (LSE), and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Oxford.
Spencer has a particular interest in competition law and market regulation. He previously served in the US Congress as a legislative aide leading efforts to curb anti-competitive pharmaceutical practices, where he was part of Senator Klobuchar's American Innovation and Choice Online Act (AICOA) team. His academic research on competition law has been published in the Journal of Competition Law and Economics and as part of an edited volume by Verfassungsbooks.
